The intelligence layer for India's exam economy

India runs on entrance exams. DhiX AI builds the intelligence underneath.

dhix-ai-1 — our proprietary exam model, trained on our own curated Indian-exam datasets prepared by top educators — sold two ways: direct to students, and white-labeled to every other edtech in the country.

The opportunity

A funnel of millions every year, gated by a handful of exams.

In India, a seat at a top institution runs through one high-stakes exam. Every year the aspirant funnel is enormous — and every candidate needs the same thing: a way to convert effort into rank.

Market

A multi-billion-dollar test-prep market inside a fast-growing edtech economy — still mostly offline and un-instrumented.

India's edtech market was ~US$7.5B in 2024 and is projected to reach ~US$29B by 2030. Test-prep is a multi-billion-dollar segment of it, growing at a high-single-digit CAGR and shifting fast to online. What's missing is software that actually understands the exam rather than generically tutoring around it.

Why now

LLMs made tutoring possible. They did not make it correct.

The category leader collapsed: BYJU'S fell from a ~US$22B peak (2022) to effectively zero (2024). The survivors — generic video libraries and live-class plus mock-test platforms — compete on content and price. None leads with a personalized AI tutor whose every answer is checked against verified, exam-specific content. That lane is open.

01

The capability arrived

Large models can finally explain a concept, read a photographed problem, and hold a tutoring conversation. The raw ability is here.

02

Generic wrappers get exams wrong

A thin wrapper hallucinates on exam specifics — wrong formulae, wrong cutoffs, wrong rank logic. On a rank-defining test, "usually right" is a failure.

03

The winner owns the data

Being right on the exam requires owned, expert-curated exam content and real exam modeling — not prompt engineering. That's the wedge, and it compounds.

The moat

Owned data → a proprietary model → a compounding moat.

This is what we're actually building, and it's hard to copy: not a prompt, but a compounding data asset behind a model competitors can't replicate.

Owned asset

An expert-authored question bank

Practice content authored and verified by expert educators — full syllabus, complete previous-year paper coverage. Not scraped — crafted.

Compounding advantage

A data advantage that compounds

A proprietary data advantage that grows with scale — the product improves with every student who uses it.

The output

dhix-ai-1

Our proprietary exam model, trained on our own curated Indian-exam datasets prepared by top educators.

IP · Misconception Genome

It names the exact trap.

After a wrong answer, the system identifies the precise misconception, shows what share of aspirants fall for it, and builds a repair drill — a live, per-student error genome no wrapper can reconstruct.

IP · Project Kalman

It predicts the rank.

A live academic digital twin of each student: every attempt updates an All-India-Rank trajectory with a confidence band, calibrated on real NTA cutoff data.

Exam-grade accuracy is the defensible edge: every answer is checked against our own expert-curated exam content, while generic competitors keep guessing. The data is the moat — and it widens with every student who studies on it.

Dual engine

One platform. Two revenue lines.

The same exam-intelligence stack monetizes twice — direct to students, and licensed to every business that would otherwise build a worse version. Lyceuma is DhiX AI's first tenant and living proof.

D2CStudents

Students subscribe directly to the full product.

  • Grounded doubt-solving, adaptive diagnostic, timed mocks
  • Rank & college predictors, AI Rival, parent weekly report
  • Recurring subscription revenue, low CAC via exam intent

B2BLicense

Edtechs and coaching brands license it, white-labeled.

  • Their brand & domain, per-tenant isolated deployment
  • Their content or licensed sets from our expert-authored question bank
  • Platform contract revenue; every tenant compounds the advantage
Proof

Lyceuma runs on DhiX AI. The first tenant is a live exam-prep product serving real students — evidence the multi-tenant platform ships and scales before we sell the next license.

Traction & status

Shipped, live, and serving real students today.

We lead with what's true: a real product in production, real students through the first deployment, and a compounding, owned data asset. Hard commercial metrics are shared verified under the deck.

Live

Product in production

The full feature suite — grounded tutor, diagnostics, mocks, predictors, parent reports — is live, not a demo.

Real

Real students via Lyceuma

The first tenant is used by real aspirants through its production deployment — real usage that makes the product better every day.

Shipped

Multi-tenant platform

Per-tenant isolated deployments (own DB, brand, content) are built and running — B2B is technically ready, not aspirational.

The vision

The exam-intelligence layer every Indian edtech plugs into.

The bank, the model and the IP become infrastructure — the layer that answers “is this right for the exam, and where does this student rank?” for the entire market, whoever owns the front end.
